Consignment FAQ

Questions,
answered.

What is consignment?+

We sell your pieces on your behalf. You retain ownership; we display, market, and handle the transaction.

What do you accept?+

Upscale furniture in nearly-new condition, fine jewelry, art, home accents, and authenticated designer handbags. From vintage to contemporary.

What is the commission split?+

Furniture: 50% to the consignor. Jewelry: 60% to the consignor. No hidden fees on items we accept.

How do you price items?+

Our specialists price based on brand, condition, current market, and recent comparable sales. Fair from day one — not inflated with built-in markdowns.

How long do items stay on the floor?+

Most pieces sell quickly. Items remaining after the initial period are periodically reduced.

When do I get paid?+

Checks are mailed within 30 days of sale. Direct deposit is available.

Do you offer pickup?+

Yes — white-glove pickup is available in most service areas through partnered moving companies. Rates vary by location.

What condition do you require?+

Pieces must be clean, ready to display, and free of rips, stains, discoloration, or odors. Solid construction and quality materials.

Do I need an appointment?+

No. Bring items in, email photos, or call your nearest showroom — whichever is easiest.

Will my home be visited by strangers?+

No. That is part of the point. We handle every viewing and every transaction.
